Add option to use "Take Photo" as the default capture method

Instead of automatically scanning a receipt, this feature will allow users to manually capture their receipts (it will still scan). This saves a lot of time as users don't have to tap the gallery icon ➜ "Take Photo" when scanning. Ideally, it should be a toggle option.

This method should result in better quality receipt images.
