Add paper check as a payment method type

Add an option for paper checks as a payment method. My landlord thinks it's 1912 and still makes me mail in a check every month.

Currently, the only payment method icon is a card when adding a new payment method (https://easyexpense.document360.io/docs/manage-payment-methods).
