Improve the search bar functionality (search filter)

Add more capabilities to the search filter, as the search may show certain things that don't belong.

Search by exact phrase (e.g., "Taco Bell")
Search by transaction # (e.g., #:123123)

Search by expense description (e.g., "meal" in:description)
