Keep User Selected Sort Descending/Ascending Until User Exits App

Looking at transactions, if I want to find an old transaction, as a user I select Ascending order, find the receipt I want, then when I exit out of that receipt the app has automatically gone back to the top and is doing Descending order again. As a user, if I select Ascending or Descending, I want the order to stay that way until I change it, not have to change it every single time I’m looking for a receipt.
