Make the automatic Receipt Crop start with whole scan

At the moment, the “Crop” page for receipt photos chosen from my phone’s photo gallery tries to identify a section of the receipt (never works). I always have to manually adjust it to take in the whole picture. Whole picture selection should be the starting point for the crop option.
