Review imported transactions by list rather than individually

View "New Transactions" in a list form, rather than reviewing them individually. This way, we don't have to skip through transactions to find a certain one or review them one by one.

Please provide us back the “New Transactions” page that lists the expenses rather than devote an entire page for each.
