Option to hide "Add a bank or card" in the dashboard & transactions tab

As a new user I feel the area (2 times on the home screen) reminding to add card / account is bothersome as ... I can not add those being based outside the US (Thai banks will probably never be added).

It would be good to get a cleaner UI without these 2 blobs for people who can never use the functionality.
