Use bank transaction charge date instead of posted date

For imported bank transactions, use the date that the transaction was charged/authorized instead of when it finishes processing (posted).

This will let users reconcile(merge) their transactions much more conveniently with scanned receipts, as they often have a different date from the posted date.
